Title: QUARTERPOLE Update to v1.1 (IBM)

This QUARTERPOLE update fixes several bugs found in QUARTERPOLE 
v1.0 and 1.01, and corrects problems with the Sound Blaster sound drivers. 
Also adds enhancements to the game, including print options and several
